What is thermal welding?
Our thermal welding machine, exclusive in Panama, joins two pieces of fabric together with heat in a uniform maner, allowing us to make larger blinds than we could otherwise. The result is an perfectly straight and smooth curtain. Despite that we like to warn our customers that a slight shadow is apparent, particularly on lighter-colored fabrics. If this is something you cannot live with, simply orden two curtains 98" in width or less to cover the same window space.
What is a two on one headrail?
A two on one headrail is the fabrication process where you put two blinds on one rail with their independent controls to able to make one larger blind. While this doesnt make it technically one blind, the spacing between each blind is lessened and the valance is only in one piece. It is a necessity when dealing with larger wood blinds. |
