Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns

We deliver all our orders inside the country of Panama for FREE!

We will have your blind packaged, secured and at your door between 9 and 12 working days.

PTY Delivery Service

All of our blinds ordered are delivered to your door in the city of Panama in person or via a direct transport servica outside of it. There is absolutely no charge whatsoever for this service.

In the rare case that the transportation service does not service your remote area you might be required to pick the blind up at the couriers nearest distribution point. In this case we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Date & Times of Delivery

We will contact you to organize delivery with the provided means of communication.
The standard delivery times available are between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Contact us separately or comment in the shipping section of the checkout process to see if we can fit for special delivery needs.

Dispatching Your Blinds Order

We will attempt to make every effort humanly possible to get your order out on time, but please be aware that stock shortages may occur and you order may be dispatched in separate shipments. You will be contacted in this event at the very latest 2 days after your order is placed to allow for this information to be communicated.

Ordery Delivery

If we try to deliver your new blinds and you are not present, we will contact you to inform you that must collect the blinds at the closest distribution point.

Alternatively, if you know that you are going to be out provide us with details of a neighbour or work place and we will arrange for order drop off there.

Terms of Transport & Deliveries

Please be aware that we will attempt to deliver your order one (1) time before the blinds are returned back to the nearest distribution point, where it will remain for a maximum of a week. Any additional attempts beyond the first will require an additional charge.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible transportation delay but will attempt our very best to get your order to your order on the promised day.

RETURNS

Can I change my order once I have submitted it?

As a service oriented company, we would be more than happy to make any changes your order providing the blinds have not entered into the manufacturing process. Unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order once fabric has been cut. For this very reason we provide you with a (2) day period to cancel or modify your order, but it may be longer depending on production status.

If you do want to refund or change your order call us on (507) 263-1726 immediately or contact us via the Web, even if the minimum two (2) day period has passed we can still see what we can do.

What if I measured incorrectly by mistake?

Once your order has been gone into production after the prescribed 2 day period you may not cancel your order, but if the new blind size is smaller you may certainly be able to change it. Keep in mind that custom made blinds are manufactured to your windows exact measurement and are not easy to offload once produced and therfore we cannot accept them back.

Important Note:
We advise that before ordering made to measure blinds you read our instructions on how to measure and if you have any questions to give us a call on (507) 263-1726 or contact us via the Web. You are advised to check that your measurements are correct before proceeding with your order and be sure to thoroughly check the details on the acknowledgement you will receive by email shortly after your order has been accepted.

What if my order does not fit on my windows?

If your ordered blinds do not fit, please check the physical dimensions against your submitted measurements then contact us with your problem and we will try and advise you. If we made a mistake we will correct it free of charge, if you mismeasured we will do our best to assist you. Do not despair, there are solutions for most installation challanges.

What should I do if my blind arrives damaged?

If your blind is damaged when it arrives, contact us straight away. Please do not delay with this inspection as we will be less likely to issue returns if time has passed since order shipment. In all cases we will arrange for someone to pick the blind up at your home, or nearest collection point, and bring it to us. Following inspection of the affected blinds to rule out misuse, we will repair or replace the blind.

What do I do if the blind becomes faulty?

Contact us via the Web or call us on (507) 263-1726 and explain the problem. We might be able to resolve this over the phone. If not, your blind will be covered under our 6 month guarantee, thus we will arrange pick-up. Following inspection to ensure no misuse we will either repair this or replace this with a new one free of charge.
